Accommodation Facility:

ECC has reasonably furnished accommodation for organizing conferences, seminars, workshops and training for NGOs, Churches, and Companies. Around 130 persons can be accommodated comfortably at a time.

a. Dialogue House - 28 single rooms and 2 double rooms

b. Hostel No. 1. - 4 double rooms

c. Hostel No.2. – 7 double rooms and 1 triple room

d. Hostel No.3. – 7 double rooms and 1 triple room

e. Hostel No.4. – 7 double rooms and 1 triple room

f. Hostel No.5. – 7 double rooms and 1 triple room

g. Houses (3 houses can accommodate around 17 people)

h. Guest House – 3 double rooms A/C

· Hot and Cold water available in each room for 24 hours

· All rooms are attached with bathroom and toilet

· Every room is furnished with all the needy articles like cot, mattress, bed spread, blankets, pillows and mosquito net etc.,

Meeting Places:

a. Conference hall which accommodates 300 people at a time with a stage

b. Seminar Hall accommodates 100 people with a small office room and other facilities

c. Committee room for the Executives can be made available on request

d. Four class rooms are available in the hostels

e. Dialogue House meeting room accommodates 30 people

f. Open air space on the campus.

g. Xerox, OHP, DVD, Laptop, LCD and WIFI will be provided on request.

Refectory:

· At a time 100 people can be seated for dining (self service)

· Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is served.

· International menu will be provided to the International groups

06: 30 AM Early Morning Coffee
08: 00 - 08.30 AM Breakfast
10: 30 - 11: 00 AM Tea with snacks at the premises in front of the Library
01: 00 - 01: 30 PM Lunch
04: 30 - 05: 00 PM Tea with snacks at the premises in front of the Library
08: 00 - 08:30 PM Dinner
