Rev.Dr.Cherian Thomas

Rev.Dr.Cherian Thomas took charge as Director of Ecumenical Christian Centre (ECC), Bangalore on 15.12.2011. He was Professor of New Testament at Mar Thoma Theological Seminary, Kottayam and was the General Secretary of the Mar Thoma Church. He has served as Registrar of the Federated Faculty for Research in Religion and Culture in Kerala (FFRRC) for three years. He was the Secretary of Society for Biblical Studies, an ecumenical organization of Biblical Scholars in India (Roman Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox, Jacobite and Mar Thoma) for four years (1990-94). He served in the Board of Directors for the International YMCA in Mumbai. He has also served as the Manager of Mathews Mar Athanasius Residential School, a Higher Secondary School (ICSE board) at Thittamel, Chenganoor. He has initiated projects for the rehabilitation of Street Children at Santa Cruz, Mumbai in 1997. His initiation of an Old Age home known as "Bethsaida Bhavan" at Pariyaram, Mallappally to take care of the need of the poor and old people of the locality reveals his concerns towards the differently abled people. He started a Computer Center II APTECH" to give good computer education to the people of the locality especially the youth and free education to the youth from poor families.

Rev. Chittranjan Polson was working as a counselor after his theological studies from UBS, Punai. He had worked as a Promotional Representative with India Bible Publishers. Till recently he was working as a Director (Leadership Development) with Mission India.
